A friend Rabbi Chaim Seidler-Felder who is a Conservative rabbi at UCLA once introduced me to Rabbi Roli Matalon at Bnei Jeshrun:

Rabbi Matalon seems to be influenced by the Syrian Conservative style synagogues that were in Argentina. Also, Tifereth Israel in Los Angeles is or was somewhat affiliated with something similar to the Conservative movement.  Perhaps TI in DC can be a sister congregation.
