Red Wines

Chile, Dry, Mevushal
Terra Vega Carmenere is ruby red with soft violet hues. In the nose, there are aromas of black fruits with hints of spice and a touch of vanilla from oak aging. This wine is best paired with grilled white and red meats, pasta dishes with a meat-based sauce, Chinese food or empanadas.

Chile, Dry, Mevushal
Terra Vega Malbec is ruby red with a deep and intense color. In the nose there are aromas of berries, cherries, followed with notes of black pepper and light touches of vanilla and chocolate. On the palate, notes of plums and spices stand out with an impeccable structure and juiciness. This wine is best paired with grilled white and red meats, roasted or grilled vegetables, pasta dishes with mushrooms and fresh herbs.

France, Dry, Mevushal
The Butcher's Daughter Cabernet is medium bodied. It has a deep ruby red color and red fruit aromas. The mouth is filled with dark fruit like black cherry and plum, and a hint of spice on the finish. The tannins are well balanced with oak.

The Butcher's Daughter Pinot Noir is delicate and exudes scents of cherry and cranberry. The wine is light bodied with rounded tannins. It has a light red color.

The Butcher's Daughter Reserve Bordeaux is a ruby red color with violet tints. The nose is bursting with plum and cassis flavors. Pair with steak, burgers, or lamb chops.

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
Barkan Cabernet displays a deep ruby red color, a bouquet redolent of spicy berry aromas intermingled with oak, and a full round body that pairs well with grilled meats and sauces.

Israel, Semi-Sweet, Mevushal
Segal's Ben Ami Zmora Semi-Sweet Cabernet Sauvignon is fermented and aged in stainless steel to maximize the natural fresh fruit characteristics. It is a deep purple color, with youthful aromas of cherry, raspberry and dark flowers. A soft texture and subtle natural sweetness support additional flavors of blackberry and currant.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Binyamina Yogev Cabernet/Petit Verdot is a  blend of Cabernet Sauvignon from the Lower Galilee with its refined fruity character and full-bodied Petit Verdot from Mitzpe Ramon. With its deep color and black fruit flavors and hints of desert spices, this blend results in a wine with an interesting balance between fruitiness and oak influences, generous complexity and a pleasant finish.

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
La Vie Rouge du Castel is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec, Petit Verdot and Syrah. The wine ages for one year in concrete tanks to preserve its wonderful fruit quality. Enticing aromas of blackberry, raspberry and black cherry plume from the glass. The palate is well-balanced with soft tannins and a refreshing acidity. Enjoy with an Isreali Pasetl: spiced meat pie.

Psagot Sinai Red is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah, Petit Verdot and Shirz, from vineyards in the northern mountains of Israel. It is a refreshing, fruity and beautifully balanced wine. The Pasagot barrel cellar is located in an ancient cave where natural damp conditions and constant temperature facilitate the high-quality aging process.

Segal's Fusion Red is made from 60% Merlot, 20% Cabernet Franc, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. This wine was created by winemaker Avi Feldstein to produce a young, easy to drink wine for today's fast-paced and informal lifestyle. This special blend of carefully selected grapes and high-tech process of micro-oxygenation has resulted in a very round wine with exotic spiciness and plenty of fruit.

Segal's Fusion Special Reserve Cabernet is made from grapes grown in the Upper Galilee, mainly from the premium Dishon Vineyard in Kadesh Valley, where harvested at ultimate ripeness.The wine then undergoes a protracted post-fermentation maceration on the skins, as well as fourteen months aging in a mixture of French and American oak, in order to arrive at the optimum extraction and balance of fruit, tannin and oak. This rich, complex, balanced wine will continue to improve for many years.

Italy, Dry, Mevushal
Cantina Gabriele Montepulciano has a deep ruby color that shimmers with purple. It is a full-bodied wine with fine, silky tannin, a long aftertaste and a black cherry aroma. It goes well with barbecue, grilled and roast meat, lamb or cheese.

Cantina Gabriele Chianti comes from Sangiovese grapes grown in the heart of Tuscany. It has a deep ruby red color, a full-bodied structure with fine, silky tannin and a strong cherry aroma. The wine goes well with barbecue dishes, grilled and roast meat.

Italy, Semi-Sweet, Mevushal
Cantina Gabriele Dolcemente Semi-Sweet Red has an intense purple color, fresh floral aromas with notes of berry and cherry, very smooth tannins and a lovely sweetness on the palate. It combines perfectly with first courses, meats, and medium-aged cheese.

South Africa, Dry, Mevushal
Unorthodox Merlot/Cabernet is an artfully crafted treat with the original Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon made separately and blended just prior to bottling. The wine is aged in a combination of American and French oak barrels. The finished product is a deep brilliant ruby red with aromas of red fruit, layered with berries and a hint of vanilla oak. It is full-bodied and well balanced.

Spain, Dry, Mevushal
Capcanes Peraj Petita is made from grapes specially selected from the Capcanes indigenous varieties of Garnacha, Samso and Ull de Llebre, harvested from ancient vines up in the mountains. Peraj Petita is a powerful blend of 50% Grenache, 20% Tempranillo, 15% Merlot and 15% Syrah, and exhibits lively fruit and seductive aromas of red berries and cherry. It reflects the terroir and great varieties of the area. Pairs well with New York strip steak or lamb shanks braised in tomato broth.

Spain, Dry, Mevushal
Ramon Cardova Rioja is a luxurious example of Spain's famous Rioja wines. This wine is produced from 100% Tempranillo grapes, carefully selected from old vines surrounding the town of Haro, La Rioja. With its bright ruby red color, a nose of ripe wild berries and balsamic aromas, Ramon Cardova is ideal with red meat, fish, and soft, light cheeses.

White Wines

Israel, Dry, Mevushal
La Vie Blanc du Castel is a blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc and Gewurztraminer. Each varietal adds its own beauty to this crisp white wine. Chardonnay is the backbone lending structure and balance, sauvignon blanc adds citrus and melon notes, and Gewurztraminer rounds out the floral character and contribures to the overall silky texture.

Psagot Sinai White
is a refreshing, aromatic, elegant and fruity wine, made from a blend of grapes harvested from various plots, combined after fermentation. The wine has rich aromas and flavors of melons and pears, with supportive acidic structure.

Segal's Fusion White is a blend of Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc. Its a medium-bodied wine with tropical fruit and melon aromas, refreshing acidity and a crisp fruity finish. 

Israel, Dry, Non-mevushal
Yarden Mount Hermon White is a medium-bodied blend of the finest grapes grown in the Golan Heights, where the cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties. The wine has bright aromas of lime and tropical fruit with floral notes on the palate.Cold fermentation retains the naturally fruity and floral qualities.

Italy, Sweet, Mevushal
Bartenura Moscato is made from Moscato grapes which are naturally rich in perfumes. The production of this wine is geared towards preserving these aromas. Only the best grapes are used, and fermentation takes place at a low temperature in order to craft a wine with fresh, peachy perfumes and light, grapy fruit. Ideal on its own, as an aperitif, or with fruit or light deserts. Serve chilled and drink young.

Italy, Dry, Sparkling, Mevushal
Bartenura Prosecco 
is a medium-bodied, slightly sparkling wine produced in the Veneto region of Italy. The wine is slightly fruity and creamy, with notes of ripe peaches, melons and yeast mingling well with its bubbly texture. The fruit flavors are balanced well with an acidity and creaminess that lead to a pleasant lingering finish.This wine pairs well with lightly flavored fish, veal and chicken.

Italy, Semi-Sweet, Mevushal
Cantina Gabriele Dolcemente Semi-Sweet White blends the refined character of Chardonnay with the fruitiness and sweetness of Malvasia grapes. The wine is a straw-yellow color,  featuring tropical fruit flavors and an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness.  

Italy, Dry, Mevushal
Cantina Gabriele Pinot Grigio is straw yellow with green reflections. The wine has a clean and sharp nose, featuring tropical fruit flavors with good balancing acidity. It is a good addition to chicken, fish, risotto and pasta dishes.

New Zealand, Dry, Mevushal
Goose Bay Sauvignon Blanc is pale straw in color, bursting with aromas of kiwi, lemon, honeydew, and with slight undertones of banana, a light minerality and a touch of acid on the nose. On the palate, this wine has a wonderfully crisp structure, is medium-bodied and medium-plus acid, and has flavors of melon and gooseberry. It is pleasantly refreshing, making it the perfect foodie wine to go with fish or cheese in particular, or just as great to drink on its own.

New Zealand, Dry, Mevushal
O'Dwyers's Creek Sauvignon Blanc has a cloudy, white color and very light aromas that are super interesting. The aromas are almost slate-like, astringent with subtle fruit on the back -- mostly yellow fruits with gooseberries, lemon, maybe some pineapple, and definitely grapefruit. There is a nice acid flavor to the taste, dry as well. This is a very refreshing wine. Serves as a great addition to any festive gathering.

South Africa, Dry, Mevushal
Unorthodox Chenin Blanc is light straw in color with aromas of tropical pineapple, passion fruit and melon flavors on the nose that follow through on the palate. This crisp wine is well balanced and displays nice acidity. It will complement fish and chicken dishes.

South Africa, Dry, Mevushal
Unorthodox Sauvignon Blanc has a beautiful tropical fruit nose, crisp minerality, good acidity, and a well-rounded palate - a true testament to South African wine making. The color is a very light straw yellow with a slight green hue. This wine was fermented in stainless steel tanks.

Spirits

Bulgaria - Troyanski Slivovitz plum brandy is aged for four years in oak barrels, providing it with a distinct color, aroma and flavor. The cognac-like hue comes with a subtle fruity flavor, combined with oak. Every batch is handcrafted according to the same original recipe introduced in 1934.
France - Boukha Fig Brandy is distilled from Mediterranean figs from Turkey and Tunisia. Now considered the national drink of Tunisia, this brandy was first made by the Bokobsa family in 1880. It is great as an aperitif or digestif, recommended to serve at room temperature, chilled or iced, and mixed with fruit juice.
Hungary - Zwack Slivovitz plum brandy, pale amber in color, encompasses a light plum fragrance. It boasts a bold and full-bodied flavor of plum with hints of cherries, which is spicy on the palate. It originates from Hungary, one of the finest countries in the world for slivovitz.
