We will go from TI into Rock Creek Park and back.
Should be done by 9:00 p.m.
Chocolate treats at half way point.
Hikers should bring a flashlight.
Wear layers and good footwear.
The Himmelfarb School will host its annual Open House.
Any visitors will have the opportunity to see our classes in action,
meet the school’s leadership, and learn all about what makes
our school such a special learning community.
9:15 - 9:35 Shacharit service with the Himmelfarb School
9:35 - 9:45 Welcome and Orientation with Director of Lifelong Learning
9:45 - 10:15 Students visit classes with their parents
10:15 - 11:15 Students remain in classes, parents meet with Head of School and TI leadership
11:15 - 12:00 Snack and play time on the TI playground
12:00 - 12:15 Stories and song with the Himmelfarb School
If you RSVP in advance we cna provide babysitting, and since we will have refreshments for parents and snacks for kids, we would like to know how many people are attending.

We’ll meet in the museum’s 14th Street lobby at 11:00 am. Our tour will be led
by TI member, educator, and historian, Cynthia Peterman. Admission to the
museum is free, but to make sure we all meet as a group, please sign up by
